Catch of the Day 50% off clearance not being applied

Has anyone else had issues today with the catch of the day clearance sales?
Yesterday when I added clearance items to my cart they would have a 50% reduction when I go to checkout and pay.
Today the 50% off is not being applied.

    I just tried a dummy listing and it worked for me.

    Clear your cache etc and see how you go.
