    Wasn't this tested before launching, still got the code only answered when was the last time i used menulog and that's it.

    Menulog is paying $10 to let people know how bad their AI is. No responses at all from their “AI”!!

  • Unrelated to this particular deal, but Menulog's customer service/support is the WORST of any big brand I've ever encountered.A few different experiences I've had:

    1. Placed an order for KFC at about 5pm. Said estimated delivery 5 - 6pm. Gets to 5:45pm, status hasn't changed from 'preparing your order.' This particular KFC in the shopping centre closes as 6 so I contact Menulog support who insist its in progress. They keep telling me - its on track for 6:15, then 6:30, then 6:45 then 7. I tell them 'OK its not happening. The restaurant closed an hour ago. They say 'no they are open.' I know for a fact they are not. They refuse to cancel the order and by 8pm, still no food. Eventually, the next day I get an email saying 'your order was cancelled.'

    2. We tried to use a welcome voucher for an order. We use it, restaurant 'declines order' and order is cancelled. I contact Menulog support and say I can't reapply the voucher as its says its been redeemed. They insist it will become active again within 24 hours. A week later, still not active. Contact support again, saying I want a new voucher and they say they can't as I used my welcome voucher already.

    Absolute disasterclass in how to run customer service/support

    • yeah had the same experience with KFC and menulog, then they hold your money for 7 days…

  • At least the company is paying people to train their AI. Unlike OpenAI and now, DeepSeek who both stole data. Funnily, OpenAI is now up in arms about DeepSeek siphoning their data. Pot/kettle/black.

  • Didn't work for me earlier, the bot wouldn't reply and I forgot about it and clicked away to another tab and when I clicked back the time had presumably run out but it said 'this service has been paused for menulog' or something, no way to click End Chat. Tried it again half an hour ago and it was going again, it talked to me this time so I talked to it for a while then it came up the End Chat button, unfortunately I hit enter saying something else and the End Chat went away again lol, I said something else and it came up again, clicked on that, but haven't been emailed a coupon yet so I dunno. But if anyone wants to try again it may be going again atm

  • I don't generally use Menulog. They are garbage.

    I used the $10 voucher tonight. The food never arrived. I asked them for the $10 voucher back so I can order something else and I was told, NO.
