Can this be used for frisbee golf?
You could definitely try but I wouldn't recommend it. This is just a catch disc.
No - it's too big and it's not weighted right. It's not even Ultimate Frisbee spec'd.
For Disc Golf, they sometimes sell 4 discs of varying weights on Facebook marketplace, but I bought mine on Amazon.
Proper competition frisbees are 175g and 27.5cm diameter. This Wham-O Dyn-O-Glo frisbee is 110g and 23.5cm diameter.
In saying this I've owned several of these smaller Wham-O frisbees and they're very well balanced, always flying straight, not flipping over or veering to the left/right.
They are an ideal family sized disc, great for the kids as they're not too big to throw, but still fun for adults.
Our dog has destroyed a few, sometimes with the assistance of my son playing tug-of-war with the dog!
Unless you need a competition size frisbee this is the perfect size frisbee and at $6 it's a great price.
I paid $12 last time, BTW I checked Amazon re my last purchase of this frisbee and I paid $12 on sale.
