Yeah, I got that, too. Had to call Catch, whereby they escalated the matter, and then I received an email some two days later stating:
We have looked into your account, and we can confirm that the cancellation was due to our security checks, which sometimes flag legitimate orders. Unfortunately, once an order is cancelled it cannot be reinstated. Rest assured that your funds will be returned back to your bank in line with their processing times.
We are unable to provide detailed reasons for cancellations due to security policies. However, on this occasion, we expect no further issues with the next orders so please feel free to place your order again.

hey! I'm trying to buy the Modern Gourmet Book of Seasonings and I get the same error tantrum chucked at me, lol. I even tried my hotspot. Sadly still no dice so far. I've never used catch before despite having a onepass. Are you a person of colour by any chance? (I am, and my name on my account isn't the same as what's on my credit card … though that's never caused an issue)
