Thanks for the heads up. Disgusting we don’t have equivalent warnings here in Australia.

Sorry you’re being voted down by fools who want to bury their head in the sand.

      product is made in china

      This is the default.

Also can you provide some sources to your claims? Maybe you're being downvoted because people don't believe you…

Basically everything has the label due to Californian Prop 65. Hair dye has it, leather watches have it, appliances have it, nickel cadmium batteries have it.

Because all those things have potentially dangerous chemicals. Lots of wrong don’t make rights.

You’re also not EATING an appliance like you are this.

Dihydrogen monoxide is a dangerous chemical when consumed too much ¯_(ツ)_/¯

lowest grade senbei you can find run by a dodgy taiwanese corp, made in china

  • +5

It’s a shame it’s not made in Taiwan. I bought lots of stuff from China but am not very keen on food made there.

So its an anti KMT blog that prefers Taiwan independence. Have the author actually thought about it? with out KMT running to Taiwan defending it against the communist the government of Taiwan would of been the PRC when the civil war ended. Their very existence of practicing democracy today won't even exist with out the KMT.

    Mysteriously tasty stuff

Apparently, in one small pack ( eg two crackers), one is salted more than the other, which in turn makes people " want want " more.
I have read this somewhere and find it very interesting ( not sure if its true).
"When one cracker in a pack is saltier or more flavorful than the others, it creates a sense of unpredictability. This unpredictability can make the eating experience more exciting and engaging, as your brain is constantly anticipating the next "reward" (the saltier or more flavorful cracker)."

        holy sick!

      • It's mostly because of the large amount of sugar and MSG. The combination is like crack.

      • It's just normal variation between crackers, they are not seperating the crackers so they can salt one half more than the other.

"Want" just means roaring / flourishing in Chinese

My local woolies also has clearance prices for Allens Lunar Snakes megapack (888g) for half price, $8. As long as you don't mind red and yellow snakes only.

  • +1

The small packs are Taiwanese made. These big ones are Chinese made.

    • -2

And only the Taiwanese ones taste good. Tried the bigger packs. They are awful

  • +1

No one has stock, none of the staff even know a 400g pack even exists. Tried 6 different woolies now, same result. Unobtainable promo.
