hippoblue especially frequently have 'free label/sticker' offers - but you still pay the postage , and its pretty slow. In exchange they just bombard you with a million emails :)

the weird thing is they still gotta pay postage either way
It's not weird, it's a scam. Their margin is covered by the "handling" part of postage & handling.
