Bought a charger, it stopped working. Contacted the seller, and their responses were straight up ridiculous:
• Asked if I dropped it in water (I didn't).
• Told me if I have something else to buy, and then they'd send a replacement in one shipment.
• When I pushed for a refund or replacement, they said, 'kindly' visit their office… without saying where that is.
Are they actually serious? What's my best move?
