    Over 2 months of waiting time seems pretty awful. Surprised people rate TCB so highly with such long delays for a simple transaction.

      Yeah it's a pretty hefty time frame, but given the larger number of transactions that would've been processed for BF, it kind of makes sense. Shopback are worse with some of their time frames though, so 10 weeks isn't really a huge deviation from normal.

      The higher rating is likely due to the fact that they honour the cashbacks fairly easily. They don't give you the run around as much or waste your time chasing bonus/upsized cashbacks like Shopback is renowned for doing. Plus @tightarse is over there now (after leaving Cashrewards) so when you've got a top rated store rep as an intermediary, it helps greatly.

    Update to this -

    Just did some checking and reason for less cashback for purchases, was probably because I canceled an item. So all good and thanks to tightarse for helping me find this.
