I have over a dozen missing shopback requests from the past few weeks. I would not recommend Shopback to anyone. Beware!
Don't waste time with Shopback. Even it tracked and have the CB in the account may never get it approve. Very bad customer service. No response at all for 5 consecutive follow up tickets.
