  Does anyone know anyone (or using themselves) these Anran ones? I like that eufy has a home base so no monthly fees for us. But this eBay one for under $300 seems alright on paper.

    I would only recommend eufy for very light usage situations, if you ever need to look through recorded clips, its a nightmare and takes hours to even load videos, theres no fast forward, play at multis speed, fast skimming through videos, its a nightmare

      I don't know which one you have but on my S340, thats definitely not the case. Both loading the live view & recorded clips are quite fast and I can do all those things you said you can't. BTW the S340 doesn't requite a homebase.

        I have the 3C with homebase, main problem is footage is split into 2-3min clips and theres no seek mode, takes a loooooooooong time to find what you are looking for lol

  Does anyone have any support experience with these guys? I tried to get in contact with them regarding the last deal on these and never got any responses on email, phone or FB. Feel like I may have dodged a bullet.

    Ive made 2 separate orders with them for eufy stuff and received within 3 or 4 days. Havent had to deal with them via contact - just made purchases on their website

      I made a second order because the s340 came back in stock and currently waiting for e340 floodlight to come back in stock to make another purchase.
      First order was the homepod 3 with a bunch of motion sensors and door sensors.
