Looks ok from the product pictures. Hopefully better then the cheaply made dell one I got from last year deal

      • The Dell 17" Gaming Backpack? If so, I really like it.

        • +1

          Nah not that one

The $15 Dell pack that goes on OzB regularly. It's total garbage.

        • I wasn't impressed with it when I got it but I started using it and despite not loving the look of it, it's actually a great bag

    • +1

Use it to take your rice cooker to the gym 😉

  • For 20$ this is ok as the sides start tearing and has zip issues

    • hwo you know?

      • +4

Been using it. Good for the current price. The retail price is a joke

Have the same bag, and can confirm the waterproof coating will fray and be cracked/exposed. Was about 1.5 years when I noticed it.

Never had an issue with the zip though.

      • So you reckon ok for $14?

        • 14 is a bargain. I got mine as a gift and happily used it daily for close to 2 years. Still use it on occasion when I’m carrying less because it is a slimmer profile compared to a dell gaming backpack.

    • That doesn't sound ok, you can probably get something better on aliexpress for $20.

You sound like a nice person

what is this American-like response, just lashing out for no reason

        Undiagnosed

    • Ok. My name tag says Gunnar

    • What would you recommend instead?

      • Decathlon bags are decent and cheap.

Thanks OP, bought one click and collect. Will pick up tomorrow. Interested to see if it is a pricing error.

    • +2

Mine has already been dispatched via Auspost so not a price error

  • Bought one click and collect. Can't wait!

I've never seen it for rrp. Has been $19 a few times in past year. Price hipster shows under $50 max in past year but i know thats not correct as it was $19 at least once during the period they say it was $50.

  • Even Temu backpacks go for $14+. It's a price I'm willing to pay

  • +1

Bought a few of these when they were last very cheap. Quality is pretty average, fine for $14, but I wouldn’t want to pay any more. The Dell backpacks that go on huge sale are better made.

    • Is there anything rigid in there to help protect tablets if you're dumb enough to sit on or lean on this bag on the corner of a brick wall?

      • Nothing rigid. There is a foam laptop section, foam on the back, and a thin layer of foam on the bottom.

I’ve put a laptop in one to take it to a mate’s place, but wouldn’t commute with this bag.

  • From the angled side view it kind of looks like the bag is wearing a nappy

Heads up looks like no luggage strap on the back - deal breaker for me but if you're okay with it good price

  • Can't get it delivered to my location.. out of stock?

    • There is still stock in some stores

  • It's a matter of taste and if you like it, great. But I find that to be one UGLY backpack. You couldn't pay me the retail price to carry it, especially with others saying it has issues with quality.

  • LMAO I think stocks are low now. Only click and collect from Port Macquarie available. Not driving 350km just for 14dollar bag sadly.
