I need access to the UTS library online. Does anyone know if I register for a free course or one of the micro credentials I will be able to get the free access.

You should contact the Library staff as to what access you get as it says "Contact the Library" for UTS short courses.
The Librarians will be helpful. Keep in mind that you may only get limited access to content due to vendor restrictions.

Do u have membership to any other university library? (even if you're an alumni from another Australian university u should be able to get access to that university library)
If so u may be eligible for ulanz membership (which is a paid membership) :
