Reviews taken with a grain of salt but there's a lot of overwhelmingly positive ones on Dan's
I gave up after 9 pages - they all seem to be from the UK and part of a promotion.
As someone who drinks a lot of gin (along with everything else, but generally I drink wine and gin because I'm an 80 year old British lady in a 40 year old dad bod body), it really comes down to how much you like juniper as the first place to start on what to buy. Some are way heavier on the botanicals, others are much more gentle.
You pay a lot for Hendricks mostly because it's harder to make but also difficult to replicate in a cheap fashion with the same flavours. I really love the flavour of Hendricks so I keep paying for it, but there's no reason much cheaper gins couldn't be the right thing for someone else.
Lunar Gin also on special at $50
Bought some from BWS last week, it's pretty good. Quite a direct, strong taste but very pleasant in citrussy cocktail
Amazon have matched the price too.
I ordered one from Dan's to try.Should be the other way around.

I end up ordering one from Amazon and my local Dan's was out of stock. Just got notification that it's been shipped and will be here in the next 7 days, so the wait time was closer to 2 or 3 weeks not 1 or 2 months. YAY!

True enough, I didn't neg - have a +1, as long as I can gatecrash the party in a couple months :P
Went in not expecting much, but both Neptunia and Lunar slap.
This price point is defs fair for some more unique gins, ended up picking up 2nd bottles of each. I can see they won't go with every mix, but they certainly add a lot of variety and spice to a simple G&T.
I can't say even at this price is worth it compared to other high quality gins even at this price point
