Not as good as the $18.50 cashback on the $12.50 30GB plan, but it's an improvement over the regular $8 on the $7.50 10GB plan.

Uses Vodafone network. Check the coverage around the areas you frequent before buying.

If you order an eSIM, an email with a QR code will come within a few minutes.

Definition of new vs existing customer is controlled by Lyca Mobile, not the cashback provider. You can use dots if you use Gmail to pass as a new user (i.e. [email protected] and [email protected] all go to the same inbox).

There is a generous 60 day window for activation (applies for cashback as well), which one of the few good things about Lyca Mobile.

Previous deals have a large number of users reporting how poor the number porting process is. I would suggest you use the number that comes with it on a dual SIM phone and set that number for data usage only.

If you want to use it just for the first month and not renew at the regular price, make sure to check both the auto recharge and auto renew settings in the Lyca Mobile app or website. People in previous deals have reported being confused by this and assumed that they are the same, only checked one of them and have ended up being charged for a second month. One of them will be on by default. Make sure both of them are off.

    Fyi, you can only have 2 services under your profile. For a 3rd you'll have to call them and request a profile deletion associated with the other numbers, which of course takes time. PITA.

    Just got my $7.50 refund back today from a recurring transaction I did not sign up for, TIO complaint and 2 months later after the transaction. They made me work hard for it.

      I got my refund as well. I just sent an email to one of the emails that I got from them. It only took maybe 3 emails for me and across a week or so. For me it was easy but maybe because I went through a not official complaint channel. Also my reasoning was legitimate as I left the country and hadnt used the Sim at all for the new month

    Top CB takes way too long. I have one transaction that has been pending since November, whereas I got the same deal from ShopBack, and it has already been confirmed for the Lyca 28 day sim deal.

      Same.. order was placed with TCB on 5/11, sim was activated within 60day period, but the status is still pending at the moment. The estimated payable currently says 15weeks on my earnings page, so I'm guessing/hoping that the November purchase becomes confirmed and payable some time within the next 3 weeks :/

    Recently (in the last 3 months) SIM slutted to Lyca for the 1st time in a very long time maybe ever (I can't remember the last time) and sending phone text messages with attachments like photos isn't supported. WTF? Looks like no MMS support. Anyone else concur? Or did I do something wrong? Apart from that oddity, it was OK. Not great but not terrible either.

      Ikr. Lyca doesn't support MMS. It's in their terms. I used Lyca for the first time from these cashback deals and it was inconvenient without MMS. Wtf and what century are we in.

    Signed up for an eSIM plan, new customer. Won't activate properly on my iPhone 12. It's not my phone cause I have an Aldi normal SIM and AmaySIM eSIM that both work fine..

          Hey, not sure if you'd also missed it but I hadn't gone through the LycaMobile App and registered/set up the sim first. Then, the number was activated and the eSim came to life on my phone.

    My Lyca purchase was from 5/11/24. Yesterday I received an email from TCB with a new "purchase date" of 18/1/25, which is showing on the TCB earnings page now rather than the true original date 5/11/24. Status is still "pending" after over 3 months. Don't know what's happening here. Boost was not like this.

      I just checked my Lyca cashback, and the estimated payable time was originally 15 weeks, but now it has changed to 18 weeks. Everyday Market was also 15 weeks, but it has also changed to 18 weeks. I don’t know why it takes so long to receive the cashback.

        is your one still pending? My 5/11/24 purchase is still pending - didnt notice 15 weeks changed to 18 weeks but 18 weeks is 11/3/25. If they did indeed change - that's sketchy af. Is it possible to escalate this on TCB?

          Yes, I purchased it on the same day as well. Originally, it should have been confirmed by now, but I just checked, and it has been changed to 18 weeks. I don’t think there’s any specific way to escalate this. I guess it’s best to avoid purchasing from Lyca Mobile in the future.
