Is anyone else not able to purchase or access giftcards in the shopback app?
I cannot click on any of the giftcards to buy and the purchased gift card section is not showing under the Account tab.
Using an android phone.

Try force close app first and reopen
Is that doesn't work maybe log out, clear data, log back in

Happened to me too a few days ago. Force close and reopen app didn't work, so I deleted the app and reinstalled which did work.
Looks like it's working again. The Gift Card section under Account completely disappeared yesterday and has reappeared today. Thanks for your responses.
