Anyone know the cheapest place to buy shuttles? Aeroplane ones in particular

    Hi @OP,
Any notable differences between 88D and 88S?

    • Please refer to this link, its 3rd gen, but idea are the same.

I have tried them both. 88D is head-heavy, and it is suitable for rear attackers. Steep smashes but the downside is less quick in defence, and less control. At the same time, 88s is more balanced compared to 88D. Better defence, control.

Thanks for the info @Lucioboi. Would you be able to suggest a nice balanced bat within $300 budget.

Hi wise! with that budget, you could almost afford pretty much all rackets out there but it really depends on your skill level and playing style and also if you play singles/doubles. If you are an intermediate player, I heard a lot of people enjoy Arcsaber 11 and the Astrox series (88D for attackers, while 88s for well balanced play). I also learned that if you are not competing professionally, the Yonex TOUR versions are good enough already, Goodluck!

  • This is not the latest version.

  • Bought one tonight and many thanks for the deal!~

    • Thank you for your support!

  • What the difference? Any good for beginners?

    • for a male and entry level commit to play some good games, yes it could be a good choice.

  • What is the difference between the play and pro versions of this racquet?

    • +2

Yonex has 4 different levels of productions, play is designed for beginners made in China. Game and Tour are designed for intermidiate players, they were made in Taiwan.
Pro is the top of the tree, they are made in Japan. Different factories will have different process and use different materials.
