@Kaines: The box they ship you, which includes bowls and sporks, is 800 grams
Bob either didn't notice that this is a set, or is a long distance hiking enthusiast where every gram counts
@Kaines: I think full kit or product weight is 800g+ which is on the website. The single cook pot is about 210g.
For comparison, a similar aluminium 2pc set for same price is about 200g (weight of single Stanley stainless steel one of similar capacity)
Stainless steel and brand name. Popular product and likely good quality.. maybe light for stainless steel..? but not exactly light for camp hiking standards.
what would you use or for? noodles?
You can use it for boiling water for noodles, coffee, tea, back packing meals etc. just be careful that you will need to replace the plastic lid holder if you plan to use it on open fires with key ring or something metal, I learnt that the hard way!
