Ok
No. I used it in my switch and it kept corrupting. I'm not even a heavy user.
Edit: sorry I have the Patriot ones I think. Terrible
If you're outside 1 month return period and card goes faulty, be prepared for a tedious exchange process.
It's much easier to deal with SanDisk for warranty claims.
Who did you contact?
I bought my SP via Amazon US. Australian SP rep didn't want to do anything about the warranty claim.
I ended up contacting SP in Taiwan and after 3 months correspondence back and forth they sent me a replacement.
Like I said, stay away from SP.It's buying from Amazon US that was the problem. Amazon Au would take care of everything in this case.
@OzzyBrak: Fault occurred after 30 days, so, even Amazon AU would direct me to vendor for warranty
I've had issues with the silicon power micro sd's. I've purchased 3 of the 5 packs (so 15 in total) in the last year. 3 of them have died already (so 20% failure at 1 year). If I was to buy again I'd probably pay the extra $1.50 for the patriot 5 pack. I've had a 512gb patriot in my phone for 4 years without issue.
Seems cheap. Some comments on reddit of these failing. Not sure if I want to take the chance for use in phone for photos though, even though Samsung cards are a fair bit more dearer for 5.
4x cheaper than a reputable brand, what could go wrong?
I bought a 512GB A2 card for my Odin 1 Pro and it won't read it after a few weeks of use. PC reads it fine. Tried formatting, which worked once, but now doesn't. Returning and not buying these again.
Are these ok for Switch?
