  • Is this pretty much the best robo vac around right now?

    • Definitely one of the better ones , though the successor X50 with higher suction power, retracting lidar sensor and threshold climbing was already announced at CES 2025. Others may be able to comment re: Dreame Australia support - I have heard mixed things.
Roborock also has similar features in their flagships.

I got this price matched with good guys through their corporate account sale a month ago. I got it for $1758 but this is a great price still.

  • This or a Roborock Qrevo Master?

    Reply from Harvey Norman..

Unfortunately, we aren't able to match this product as we have a bonus e-gift card promotion attached to it, and as per our Price Guarantee exclusion - "Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages."

    So no deal from HN

    • See if this works, I did it with the last bonus gift card deal, if you don't want to have to spent more to use up the bonus gift card.

Although, I had a few things on hold at the time.

Buy the item, but only pay the minimum amount and have them hold it for a few days.ill say something like you're moving house and you'll be ready then. They should issue you the gift card there and then. Come back the next day and pay the rest off with said gift card+remaining balance.

It worked for me, though I used the gift to paid for other things I had on hold.

  • I have this. It's expensive but worth the money.

My only gripe is it can take quiet a while to complete a clean, and the post clean noises are quite loud. But you get used to it.

It's good. It's expensive. It doesn't need babysitting. With nightly mopping of the kitchen and lounge room (tiles and hardwood floors), the inbuilt water reservoir lasts about 4 days? Maybe more. But the kitchen and lounge is big. Swapping it out takes maybe 3 minutes. The app tells you when each canister is empty/full. Had it > 1 month and the included bin bag isn't even full yet.

  • Assuming $50 for someone to vacuum your house, you could have it vacuumed 30+ times before this even pays off…

    • I have it set to do vacuum everyday and mopping 3 times a week all automated for a few months now.
