Some saving off overpriced theme park tix.
Have thought about getting them before but not in a position to go atm, but hopefully this helps some, maybe next year.
Any cost saving tips for those who have been, besides bringing all one's snacks?

Yesss. Found my ancient yearly pass card the other day. Can't bring myself to chuck it. That was a good year.
I've been thinking about taking the kids although I've heard the queues are insane. Has anyone been recently and can comment on the queues?
Avoid the weekend if possible. If you can’t, then the Twilight ticket hours are generally quieter.
Thanks. I was thinking a weekday during the final week of the school holidays, but that might still be crazy.
I haven't been during school holidays but went on the weekend a couple of times when it first opened for the season and it was pretty busy. Getting a lounge to lay in was the worst part, we ended up laying our towels on the fake grass hills instead.
In terms of the slide lines they were all about 20-30 minutes. I prefer the lines where I don't need to carry the raft up as it can be annoying to hold the whole time.
Also the food is pretty bad. I'd recommend bringing your own.
How does it compare to Jamberoo?
severely lacking in self control of the action.
Went between Xmas and NY and lines were 1.5hrs for fave rides
Only managed a few rides, but busy time of year
