Don't know about Brateck, but I've had 3 Humanmotions of different models and can definitely vouch for this brand.

Only if your monitor is large and heavy, the cheap amazon arms works great for monitors that fall in the right size and weight, but once you get to larger and heavier monitor you need a beefier arm to hold it up, the arms have to be higher as well as you will be placing the monitor higher due to its size. My 32in struggles on a smaller arm as it's a bit lower than I would like.
