    I have to say, I have been thoroughly impressed with Lubluelu as a company. I accidentally broke the filter frame, (the black piece with the see through film before the actual filter) and I enquired with them about whether I could purchase this specific part. I was expecting to pay for it and even offered to, but they insisted on sending a replacement bucket unit (with this part) at no cost, despite it being my mistake. Would definitely recommend.

      My experience is a little different. I've got a stick vacuum from them. The battery has pretty much died. I've been going back and forth with them trying to get a replacement. No matter how many times I've told them it's a stick vacuum and telling them my order number they keep thinking I have a robot vacuum. They've even sent 2 batteries in a row for the wrong vacuum. I actually should pick up this deal as I now have 2 spare batteries! :)

          Nope they sent them for free. It's bad communication from their side. I've said what model I have from the start.

        yeah, They're helpdesk employees are nice and friendly but very vacant in the intellectual area. Yours seems more obvious than my issue where i have the L20 (which has no reset button) and they keep sending me instructions on how to reset the SL60D (with a reset button).
        Idiots… I had to send a photo back multiple times telling them to point out where the reset button is.

        I’ve got one and it’s fantastic. Would buy another one if we had a second floor.

        I had read some complaints that the floorplan deletes itself, which I hadn’t experienced myself for about 6 months, and then it happened a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully there was an older floorplan saved (you can save your floorplan manually, which we just never did), so we didn’t have to remap the whole house, but it was still a bit of a pain. That being said, I’d rather that every 6 months than have to vacuum 😂

        Positives:

        I bought one in November 2023. I was so impressed I bought another for my upstairs floor, and one for my parents. Since then, I've bought another couple for friends as gifts. Also bought the auto emptying station for both mine, and for my parents. All units clean daily and the auto emptying station needs a bag replacement every month for my parents(with two cats) and every 2-3 months for me.

        All of my friends/parents provide glowing reviews. Both of mine are running perfectly more than a year later, running every day.

        I'm certain there are better systems available, but in this price range nothing compares.

        Negatives:

        The software does occasionally (3 times in my 14 months of using two units) corrupt the map of the space. Just make sure to save a good map of the area. Then, if it corrupts, you can simply load the old map and start afresh.

        It occasionally gets stuck under a low table or chair (once a month or so). Or if I've accidentally left a phone charging cable on the floor, or similar. I'm told this happens with expensive units too.

        Caveat:

        I've never used the mop function. My review only pertains to the vacuum function.

          they really need to fix up the corrupt maps issue. although there's a workaround, it happens to me quite a fair bit but I think it happens more so when the charging dock (I have the self emptying one), moves, even the slightest mm.

      Dreame customer service sucks, just go read some reviews to see for yourself. Personally had to raise a case with fair trading to resolve a basic warranty problem after 50 back and forth emails with their customer service (not an exaggeration). Lublu sounds to have way better customer service

            @Olli: I had this issue and was about start the return process. The contacts on the vaccuum were slightly dirty, once cleaned everything was fine.

        I think they mean specified order. I have the same problem. I set the order I want rooms done, but the vacuum just does whatever it wants.

          Interesting, I'd never tried the feature so I just did. Allocated the 4 zones in my map from the furthest to the closest to the emptying station. Worked perfectly. To be clear, I have each room separately defined and labelled in the map.

        @ayoole in the app you can create rooms, and give each room a number, like sequence they should be cleaned, but it does not work.

          As I said above, that's what I just did, and it worked perfectly. I can choose which rooms it cleans, and the order they are cleaned in.

      Never used that feature for smart cleaning, you can use selection cleaning if important though.

    Mine is ok but I prefer others, the dust bin is too small and battery doesn't last long enough. I also have a Dreame D9 Max which i much prefer for these reasons. I don't use the mopping function at all so can't comment on it.

    How much space is in this. Our carpets leave a lot of fluff. It fills up the big Dyson. I'm not sure how this would cope.
