    I bought the flagship Samsung every year. It was so irritating they peaked then started declining by removing good features so I stopped buying them. I really want a Sony Xperia but I have heard the 3G switch off has caused issues with imports.

This looks to be the same as the official store.
What I did was to use the $20 for $100 voucher and then buy something else for $200 or more to use the Galaxy2025 code, and then ordering it using the official app.
Finally what I got is below.

        the point is not the $100 but to get the $400 bonus,
        afterwards you can just not send the phone and pay a $60 or $30 fee

        yeah but you have overpaid for the base s25 at $1395.17 total
        
        I was able get the price to $863 total for base model
        and $1513 ($118 more than your price) to get the s25 ultra so $1395 seems overpriced just for the base S25 model

        Also, $1395 is not only for s25 but also for a tablet and a case.
        If not calculating them, the net price of the s25 is $1044.

        Finally, everything goes like this.
        
        i contacted support and cancelled my order.
        
        I created a new samsung account to use the 5% thing as the original account no longer offers that.
        
        All the codes works fine with the new account, including the $20 for $100 one.
        
        The code I got from you gives me $150 off without a need to do any trade in (if i trade in my s24u, it will be $300 off, but it does not worth it as the samsung trade in program is very bad, they tell lies and need to chase them for the refund. Also, I can sell my s24u to CEX for $100 more at least, and it will be an instant money transfer)
        
        Doing any trade in will cost me at least $10+$60, which is $70, and my phone will be sold for at least $100 less, so it will go to $170 loss for only $150 gain. So not doing trade in but get $150 only is the better way.
        
        Thus, your kind help saved me $150. I really appreciate your help!!!

        yes, that is why you also tell them lies
        and not send in anything..
        
        you can even pick any phone in the list to trade in and never send it back
        just choose a cheap old phone in the list as trade in just so you can get the $400 bonus
        then never get send it back, and the refund would automatically be return minus a $60 or $30 fee

        The code was from samsung members app, and once applied, it will give me $150 discount. If i add s24u 256GB for trade in, it will be $300. It seems whatever i use for trade in will make it $300, even if it is a $10 watch.
        The $400 thing should be for s25u but not s25. I guess s25+ will be $350 discount with the code.
        CEX offers $852 for my s24u. I have a local cex store nearby, so i do it in person, very quick with no any issues for a lot of years already.
        Thus, for my s25 order, what I got is the best offer already. I can never get $400 discount unless i buy an s25u, which is something i do not want.

        i forgot for S25U is $400 trade in bonus and S25 is $300
        
        why not just say you will send in a watch or old phone to get an extra $300 discount instead of only $150 off?
        I don't understand this part of your calculation .. of it being the best price you can get..
        
        Also do you actually want/need the tablet, else change to something like the galaxy bud to get the final price lower by $200?

        Buying that makes me able to use the galaxy2025 code for $200 discount, then the tablet will cost me less than $120 delivered, which seems to be a bargain.
        I do not need to earbuds as I have a pair which works very good.
        I thought about buying a pair of buds and directly sell it to cex, but there is no bargain then after checking the price.
