Rental came with one of these, bit bigger one but has been doing fine - a bit noisy and can be rough on clothes if you don't pick the delicate cycle.
My one has a pause button to add cloths if you forget something .
But you can't force it open. You have to wait till the water drains. I mean, what's the point of front loader when top loader is a perfectly fine design.
That's not true at all. I had things to my Bosch all the time.
my samsung front loader has a little door in the main door for such an occurrance
My Samsung one has a little door for this exact reason. However I've only ever forgotten my cum stained sock once out of the 100+ loads that I've done.
Did you get the washer prego my man?
It coagulated and clogged the filter because I had it on a 50 degree wash cycle :(
I bet it is a little backdoor and the man is safe!
What is wrong with putting your dirty sock in next load?
That's like two weeks from now. My ex-wife used to do laundary every couple of days so I never paid attention to this kind of stuff. Now that I have moved in with my boyfriend we prefer to be more eco-conscious and do our washings less regularly.
I had to read through this twice lol. Hope your new life is going well, bro!
@cornflakes: I think you meant to write:
I hope your new life is going well, bro(s)!
@cornflakes: I had a great thread going about my complicated open relationship but it was taken down cause mods deem it trolling. It's hard being different these days.
@CptnObvious: Lol. Eco and gay, I think that's the norm.
Try being straight and anti-earth!
@shoppe: I'm straight and eco-friendly. I just do gay things.
Reviews indicate it's noisey but fine for the price point: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/esatto-eflw75
That's such a cheap price for a washing machine.
If a laundromat costs you $5 a load, you should break even after 60 washes!
Ozbargainers always have a P&L in their head
But the trip to laundromat is the highlight of my week…
You can still go and just hang out
Not really, there are energy cost and water cost, also you can probably load more than 5kg/ wash in coin laundry.
No sh!t Sherlock. There's also the cost of time and travel to the laundromat, so let's just say same-same lol.
cost of time and travel to the laundromat
depends. some people stay in their bathroom for an hour anyway. lol
you may also do your weekly shopping at a supermarket nearby after you press the start button.
5kg is tiny, but this is very cheap.
Agree, even our 8kg front loader seems small when trying to put a decent load in it. The old toploader just seemed to hold more even though it was rated about the same.
I am not sure about this particular product, but I own an Esatto Heat Pump dryer for the past 3 or so years and it is still going strong. It gets used significantly (2 or 3 times a week at least). I would give it a go at that price range.
5kg for my family meaning need to do laundry almost daily but $299 so cheap
if you are using it for baby clothes, it would be very practical, and I have been doing so with another brand washer
What is this? A washing machine for ants?!
I have both an Esatto washing machine and dryer. I’m very happy with the dryer, but the washing machine is EXTREMELY NOISY. It sounds like it’s launching a rocket during the top-speed spin cycle. Avoid it if you’re in a small space, like an apartment.
Can anyone tell us if this is good and/or practical?
