What You Need to Know from ShopBack with Your Gift Cards and Pending Cashback from Catch

If you have gift cards or pending cashback from Catch via ShopBack, here's the statement from ShopBack (from the ShopBack Super Savers Community group):

We’re reaching out to let you know that Catch.com.au will be closing down in April 2025. If you’ve got an online order or bought a gift card through ShopBack, here’s what you need to know:

For Giftcard purchases

• Your gift card balance is good to go until April 30, 2025. Make sure you use it on Catch.com.au before then.
• After April 30th, the gift card won’t be usable.
• Any unredeemed gift cards will be refunded directly by Catch.com.au (we’ll share details as soon as they’re available).

Important: Please do not request a refund from ShopBack or your bank just yet. We'll share Catch.com.au's refund process once available.

For online orders

• We’re working with Catch.com.au now to ensure that any Cashback is honoured for your online purchases
• No need to cancel orders as we expect that the team at Catch.com.au will honour any outstanding Cashback.
