What's the Catch?
I'm baffled they chose Summer Hill as well - there's already a fantastic sushi shop there, as well as takeaway sushi from the IGA, plus an incredible local Thai joint (40 Grains), a high quality dumpling place, good bánh mì shop, couple great bakeries, some killer cafes, etc. So much good food, and then a Woolies-grade sushi joint. Intrigued.

the other recent openings (solstice, postino osteria) have been excellent too
Two tremendous options. I love how Solstice gives away free coffees on the summer and winter solstice - it's so lovely! (and their pastries are top notch!)
Gone are the days when $2 sushi rolls were considered standard price.
