        Yes, the eGift card should have a barcode to scan. Give it to the checkout staff for them to scan.

        If no barcode, it will at least provide the card number which the checkout staff can enter in.

      thanks some progress but have tried 2 cards the old card i'm not sure if htere is anything left and the new card i just bought and used once with residual still. I get hte below error;
      An error occurred checking the balance, please try again later.

        If that doesn't work, you can contact support and they'll tell you the balance, or just ask in store.
