Hey guys, with the 2025 TV line ups hitting the shelves soon, do you think we’ll see sales coming up for the remaining 2024 TVs?
I’m wanting to pick up a TCL C855 65” (but I won’t need it till April hence why I hadn’t pulled the trigger in the previous Boxing Day sales)
But I’m thinking that I may need to act now to avoid missing out, do you think we’ll see any sales over Australia Day weekend?

The C855 has been on sale a bit recently. You can always contact JB/TGG and say "hey I saw it last month for $xxxx, any chance you can match that or get close to it?"

If you bought it now and then in the next four months you saw a better one for even cheaper, how would you live with yourself. Better to make a decision you'll regret later. If you know you'll probably be using the TV for 8+ years then it's worth getting the best bang for your buck.
On the other hand, buying it now and then forgetting about it could save you four months of thinking about the best TV to get. Could free up a lot of mental energy if you're the kind of person that doesn't want "buying a TV" to become a four month project in the back of your mind.
