        looks like all it needs is some bit of text that seems like a first name, another thing that seems like last name, and an email address to get the 'verification code'.

    Cyber Wardens is a legit program that both Fed and State governments are using internally to educate public servants. So whilst I won't rule out there might be a bit of data harvesting here, it has been vouched for by government - if that even means anything lol.
