These are my go-to work pants. They're amazing. They're also cut longer so if you're tall they still fit well.

Waiting for the ankle pants to go on sale, picked a few up last time these were for $29.90, fantastic deal.

  • I had this in every colour but looks like they got a new one out (blue)

  • They used to have a lighter grey which was good. Use these for work, been consistent for years.

Men's Slim Fit Chino Pants $49.90

These make my bum look fat…

I used to wear these. Being predominantly cotton, the lighter colours last longer, since the dark ones will fade more obviously over time

These days I prefer the U wide fit chinos. the draping is more elegant and flattering

  • How do you guys wash these? I washed one, but afterwards it had some many creases and ironing wasn't an easy job.

I think i'm doing something wrong.

    • how do you dry them? air dry? dryer?

      • Air dry

    • I wash pretty much everything the same way

      Cold
      Low-medium spin (900rpm)
Half cap detergent instead of full
      Extra water setting on

Remove as soon as the cycle finishes (I’ll use the timer function to ensure this)

      • Thanks - I dont do anything different too.

    • i found washing, and then drying on a rack and trying to straighten it out while its still wet helped a lot (similar to how i treat my good jeans).

      • Thanks - I'll try this!

I try to minimise washing the chino's as straightening them out afterwards its so time consuming

i wear my jeans and chinos skinny - i recently bought 2 pairs of Country road chino to try, and although they also similarly get wrinkled - they are nowhere as bad as my uniqlo ones. And by the time i put them on, i feel they straighten themselves out enough - if you wear them slim/standard fit yeah…maybe still need a bit of a once over.

Do you wash them in a laundry net? It's easier to iron when they're not bone dry, best to iron when there's a small amount of moisture left.

      • No net, just flip them inside out and put it in like normal.
Timing it so I iron when its not fully dry is a bit too complicated =D
I do use the iron misting a lot though
