Needing an iPhone for 3D scanning. From my understanding, the iPhone 12 Pro has Lidar and can use Face ID, the two things I need to utilise 3D scanning apps using the front face camera.
I've seen some refurbished iPhone 12 Pros going for $550, is this a good deal? Lifelong Android user here!

$550 is absolutely not a good deal for an iPhone 12 Pro - it's nearly 5 years old!
Keep your eyes on eBay - I just bought a 14 Pro on Sunday for $600.
A good hack is to watch listings that interes you, and very often you then get sent discount offers…

I bought 12 pro 256gb for wife from seller Green Gadgets. Wait till eBay does promo which happen regularly to buy the phone. It was $679 and dropped to $577. If you buy excellent condition from them, you can be sure the phone will be close to new.
