I bought one a couple of months ago and noticed my phone would randomly wake up multiple times while charging and display the charging circle (as if the charger was disconnected and then reconnected). Tested with my wife's phone and noticed the same exact issue. Tried different cables too but that didn't fix anything.
Sent a warranty claim email to Zyron and they started spewing rubbish like I must've been using two high powered devices at the same time (I wasn't, only 1 phone was connected at any time), cable is likely faulty etc. etc. This was despite me recording and sending a video of the issue. Eventually they did send a replacement but not without hassle. I didn't bother checking the replacement as I started using the $3 Bunnings charger which has been flawless.

Sounds like an issue with the product and their service. Not worth it for me. I'll stick with Anker.
I had an issue with a gan charger I purchased from their website and reported it to their customer service. They told me they'll fix it and then ignored me from that point onwards. My recommendation is to buy something else.

Although I am not sure why should I send you an email "again", after my last 3 emails were completely ignored. I could have raised a paypal dispute, but it just wasn't worth the time for $100 or so. I posted it here just so other people become aware of the support they should expect from your company should something go wrong.
@CocaKoala: On the other hand, my experiences with zyron have been pretty good.
Had a charger die on me (possibly due to water damage, might not even be due to a defect) about 1.5 years after purchase. Had to send some video proof of it not working, but they replaced it. I had to pay shipping, since it was outside the 1yr window.
But I would (and have) purchase their products again.
There are some troubleshooting questions that we ask our customers to understand the root cause. Whether a replacement is required or whether customer needs more information on compatibility or something else, to ensure the replacement will solve customer's issue. We never intend to push back replacements but the questions/videos help us serve the customer better.

I had one of the 100w gan chargers, dropped it from a height of 1m and stopped working. Fortunately I purchased through Amazon, no hassle returns.

I have the 65w one. Pretty light weight. I use it as a travel charger.
That's disappointing. I bought a 100W Zyron a couple of years ago and it's been rock solid. I was hoping to get another one but reading the comments here, I might give it a pass.
Well it does look exactly like a re-badged Heymix.
Except Anker most brands sell rebadged including Belkin, Alogic and many others. Each brand work with different factory for its manufacturing. We have no common factory with Heymix. Our gan 5 chargers come from same factory as Belkin, Satechi, Alogic.
Apologies, I checked again - it was indeed the Heymix whose ports died, and I replaced with a Zyron, it works just fine!! Bought it in Dec 2023 from Amazon.

I bought this brand a while back and it didn’t last more than two weeks. Not recommended.
Bought a ZYRON 100W Charger via amazon back in September and it has been fine.
My experience with Zyron has been positive. Our family owns 3 x 65 GAN Travel chargers, I've been using mine for at least 2 years and they are solid. I bought 2 x 10K power pack, 1 swelled and they replaced after I sent them a photo of the faulty power pack.
Sounds like the experience varies by mine has been excellent…

Get the 100w.better value. I have 4 chargers and these are among the very best I have. Not an issue for years
I really want a 45W 2 port small charger.
Enough for laptop and phone.

Be careful dealing with this dodgy company.
Bad dealing with them in my one and only transaction. I have to get my bank credit card involve then they only refund my money.
I given bad review and was taken down immediately. All the review you read are all good and positive.Stay away from this brand.
