I'm at the basketball. They didn't miss free throws but gave everyone a free HJ cheeseburger anyways. Order in app using code LEAD.

Rules of promotion
If the AWAY team misses two consecutive free-throw shots in a single penalty, fans get a free cheeseburger at Hungry Jack's. The shots must be two consecutive missed free-throw shots in a single penalty;

The fans in attendance and at home can win a free cheese burger at Hungry Jack’s
To be redeemed in-store prior to 6pm the following day (post game)
The fan acknowledges that only one (1) state can be nominated for burger redemption. This is determined off the post code entered by the fan, when the fan enters the competition for the first time
Fans must show their game day ticket or membership card or digital voucher for a free burger
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
One cheeseburger per ticket – this means that if a family of four come in with four tickets, they will receive four burgers.
Not valid with any other offer
Limited to one burger per person
Entry into the promotion means fans accept ongoing communications from the NBL
Excludes games played in New Zealand
Available at participating Hungry Jack's stores only

  Just finished mine. It's through the NBL app. They send an email with a link you show in-store. The HJ app isn't part of the chain.

  What has worked for me is to go through the drive thru and ask for the free NBL cheeseburger. No app or tickets needed.
  I've only tried this in Adelaide at locations near AEC

  Sign up for this with one same email in the past on a same device. worked fine. but couldn't get the email even input LEAD successfully this time. It only work if tried a different email address sign up in incognito mode

  l believe system now remember first sign up method. you only able to claim again using the same device and same email address again.

  might need new email and different device to claim now. how other people went?
