20% Off Offer – Exclusions, Terms & Conditions
• The 20% Off Offer is valid online for applicable titles from 17:00 AEDT 24th December 2012 to 23:59 AEDT 7th January 2013 or while stocks last.
• All products that are eligible for the 20% off offer will have the discounted price shown as the sell price on their corresponding product page during the promotion period, with a was price displayed showing the price before discount. No further discount calculations will be performed at the checkout in relation to the 20% off offer. If an item is not displaying a discounted price, it is not eligible for the 20% off offer, and no discount will be given at checkout.
• The 20% discount does not apply to any “Game Product”, that is Games, or any product that ships from the Games Warehouse.
• The 20% discount does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards or E-Vouchers.
• The discount of 20% will NOT be applied to the sum of any multi-buy offer. Multi-buys include – 3 for $40/4 for $50 DVD and/or Blu-Ray, 3 for $20 DVD and/or Blu-Ray, 2 for $45 TV/Blu-Ray/3D Blu-Ray, 2 for $25 CD/Music DVD or any Buy One Get One Free offers.
• Items that are a part of any multi-buy offer (i.e. 4 for $50, 2 for $40 etc) that are not being purchased as a multi-buy will be charged at the individual marked price which has already been discounted by 20% during the 20% off offer period (as defined above) unless the item conflicts with another exclusion, term or condition listed.
• The 20% off offer is not available for any “Pre-Order” purchases (i.e any products with a release date after 7th January 2013).
• The 20% off offer does not apply to any shipping or gift wrap fees at the checkout.
