I have been looking up archived versions of both websites (Clean & Gone Group and Sustainable Office Furniture) all the way back to 2022 and on the 2022 version of the Clean & Gone website, there is a link to their company "Sustainable Office Solutions" that just happens to link to a website called "https://www.sustainableofficefurniture.com.au/" in 2022…
if you click on our website you will see different banner.
If you go back to the 2022 website, you will see that both of these sites are almost IDENTICAL in appearance. They also both have near identical stylised logos with the same green recycle symbol in the same way displayed in both names.
Just to add more "WTF-ery" to this… I dug back even further and you can see in March, 2021 archive of the website, they even have the "Clean & Gone" logo at the top of their page…
Added to this, I have looked up Whois domain data, ABN and ASIC records… It suggests the last time there was any adjustment to the furniture domain was some time in June 2024…
The ABN lookup suggests that "Sustainable Office Solutions" was registered back in Feb 2017 and the subsequent listing of this company on the "Clean & Gone Group" as linking back to Sustainable Office Solutions, that is linked on their website to a URL that is for "Sustainable Office Furniture"
And I am no financial expert, but on the ASIC website, a form that was supplied on 18/12/24 suggests that "Clean & Gone" may be in some form of voluntary administration??? and is being "wound up"??

When I search for the address of these two companies… Ironically, Clean & Gone is located at 60 North View Drive… and Sustainable Office Solutions is at 52 North View Drive… While it sounds like they are down the street from each other, they are actually adjoining buildings Not even really "adjoining", it's literally one large complex with a shared wall and fence. You even have your banner on THEIR fence… FFS.
Here is a photo of a "Clean & Gone" work vehicle in front of the "Sustainable Office Furniture" building. Back in 2019!
So, no, you were not just "bought out" by "Clean & Gone", you are part of the same company. So much so you are part of the same building. Not even a separate building. It's literally the other half of the same shed.
So, no, just stop it.
Negging for just these reasons alone… lying about being bought out. Lying about being a different company. Possible voluntary administration/wind up… So many red flags on this.

This store has a horrible record in how it interacts with potential buyers on this website. And attempts to go under the radar and is evasive as per above example in responding to legitimate concerns.
