    No they will only charge you late return fee either $30 or $60.

  Has anyone gotten a refund on canceled items, I cancelled Galaxy Watch7 , I paid with Paypal and never got a refund for items I never got. its still made me pay for it.
  its been over a week now and no refund. i already got the phone
