Budget Australian Hosting: 5GB Disk / 100GB Transfer - 1st Year $1.50/Month - ServersINseconds

1BUCK50

ServersINseconds' deal this week is our cheapest Australian web hosting plan for just $1.50 per month, for the first full year.

Order any Starter AU web hosting plan (usually $4 per month), and we'll practically give it away for just $1.50 per month.

To get the biggest discount, you will need to order yearly, which totals just $18 (so $1.50 per month). Ordering monthly will only give you the full discount for the first month.

After the first year, the deal reverts back to our standard pricing of just $4 per month.

Included are the usual standard features of most Australian web hosting plans, with ServersINseconds' standard real SLA, providing you a FULL refund of your monthly plan price should we fail to achieve 99.95% uptime. Nobody else offers that kind of service level agreement.

To order, simply use the promo code 1BUCK50 in our ordering system.

  • If i order monthly can you make it a recurring discount? I dislike paying yearly for web hosting. A lot can change. Also, are these physically located in sydney?

      Hi cheese510.

      Thanks for considering our offer.

Unfortunately we can't do it month-by-month, as the processing charges alone would lose us money.

Don't be put off by the yearly commitment, as if you've seen our SLA guaranteeing 99.95% uptime, and one hour responses to email enquiries, plus 24/7 phone support, or your monthly payment refunded in full, there's no real risk.

We're good to our word, and good to our clients.

  • I understand that you are good to your word, and have an SLA. But many of us have enterprises that may not require a full years service.
    That being said, good luck.

No worries cheese510, the deal isn't perfect for everyone.

If you're interested in a month-by-month plan, all of our plans are available on this basis, from $4 per month.

      Thanks.

  • Uptime means nothing show me the reviews!

    • Hi figarow.

We've got quite a few clients on Ozbargain that will happily vouch for us. Hopefully one or two will jump in here.

I'd say that uptime means a great deal, especially considering we back up our uptime with a full monthly web hosting payment refund if we don't meet the uptime levels.

Many (read, almost all) web hosts offer a uptime SLA, then only compensate you the percentage of uptime difference between what they promise and what they achieve. This is typically worth cents, whereas we offer a full monthly web hosting plan price refund.

Why are you running linux on a MacPro/iMac? Wouldn't it be easier/more cost efficient to run on a blade? Is SSH access available for installation of additional packages?

    • Hi dewy.

      Thanks for considering our offer.

I know we've got a Mac displaying on our website, and we've had comments on it before, and I'll get it changed for you in the new year. We run our hosting services on Linux dedicated servers.

SSH is available on any of our Value or Business plans, as it's a significantly more advanced offering than what we expect our clients to be using a Starter plan for. If you need anything additional installed on a Starter plan account, you can contact support, who will almost certainly be able to install it for you.

      Thanks again.

Very misleading advertising. Not sure I trust anyone so blatant like that.

  • What's the difference between this deal and free hosting like this??

    http://www.serversaustralia.com.au/business-web-hosting.php

    • Hi TEKBIR.

The differences between paid hosting accounts, and the free one you mention, is both features and price stability.

We're upfront that the deal is for one year, then our regular price kicks in, whereas free hosting services typically want you to upgrade to being a paid account the second you actually start to use some of their system resources. Otherwise, they suddenly withdraw their free accounts, and expect everyone to move to a paid account or switch hosts.

They're offering free web hosting for a reason, and that reason is they want you to move to a paid account, not that they're just trying to be nice.

Please note that I'm referring to free hosts in general, as I haven't specifically used the host's services you mentioned.

  • Does this include imap email?

    • Hi Dlite.

All of our accounts, including the Starter plan we're offering here, come with IMAP and POP3 email.

      Thanks for considering our services.
