wanting to upgrade the resistors in my imax b6 that i bought from ebay by changing all the resistors,

will need:
4x 100k 0.1% 0805
2x 200k 0.1% 0805
1x 18k 0.1% 0805 which is connected in series with 100E 1% 0805 to form 18k1
1x 68k 0.1% 0805 which is connected in series with 300E 1% 0805 to form 68k3 (or 66k5 0.1% 0805 + 1k8 1% 0805)
8x 249k 0.1% 0805
8x 499k 0.1% 0805
It took me about 20 minutes to decode your post, but I would suggest element 14 might be your best bet for trying to find these. Some of the values seem a bit odd, not sure you will get an exact value. http://au.element14.com/fixed-value. It seems it will cost you about $1.60 per resistor. Free delivery over $45 but I don't think you quite make it, might need to add a few more, especially if you need to make the odd values like 249k. Not sure if that meets your definition of "cheap".
