$7.95 is still a ridiculous surcharge.
Worst bit - you only realise the additional fees once you are at the checkout after having waited for so long in the digital cue.yes I love that it a service charge, when they've provided no service as You have to do all the work including putting your own details on credit card numbers in.
I reckon the reason they do this it's because if the events cancelled for whatever reason, they'll refund you the ticket price but not the service charge which they'll pocket.
Companies should just increase the ticket prices rather than charging people in such a backhanded way.
