  So, Found out this one does not have water tank in the robot. So it has to come back to the base to wet the spinning mops…

  Bought one (J 12 Ultra) late last year. Paid about the same as this deal. And, after 2 or 3 months of use can recommend it at this price point. Press the button and forget about it. Beats me doing it. BTW spare bags and brushes are cheap on Amazon, not necessarily Eureka branded.
