    Within 24 hours, you can cancel into travel bank and pay with the returned money

      I thought this dependent on fare class (lite v choice v flex v buss)?

      Or do you mean travel bank credit can be recieved if cancelled within 24 hours on all fares?

        I believe there is a hidden policy that there is a 24 hour "cool down" period, if you give them a call they will be happy to cancel it within 24 hours. Only came to my notice when I misclicked the date and they canceled it for me and have use it a few time since.
