A 75cm fan is massive - roughly twice the size of many normal pedestal fans. I've wanted one for a long time but always baulked at the ~$170 asking price.
Today at Thornleigh Bunnings I picked one up for $119 (sorry last one) - they are in the boxing day catalogue at $209 so I reckon this is a pretty good deal.
You can get similar fans for about $150 delivered on EBAY, but they wont offer the no questions asked return policy that Bunnings do….
Good up to about 35C, beyond which they can actually make you hotter unless you have sufficiently active sweat glands and fuel them with additional water, or spray yourself with mist.
Saw 8 left at bunnings Nunawadding. I had one of these, just sold it on ebay. It's a good fan, moves a lot of air fast, great for when a cool change comes. It's noisy though. The vibration on the rubber floor pads maked my floor boards too. Eneded up placing it on a mat.
Hard to find in QLD. Nearest place to Brisbane was oxenford towards the Gold Coast. They supposedly had 36 of them. Model number matches the website where it is listed at $205. In store today was $118.
