  I am a pestie. What sort of cockies are in your house? Big ones, or little ones in the kitchen. What sort of spiders are you seeing. Average price for a pro would be $180 upwards. Those do it yourself kits are pretty useless and will not do half the job a pro would. Feel free to ask any questions.

    Thanks for your reply. I am in a small two bed room unit on ground floor in a high rise building. Building is well maintained but there are some occasional cockroaches and spiders, forgot the name but spiders are both little and big ones. How much you reckon it will cost for an ozbargainer? Also how long does it take?

  I work for a company and am mainly involved in termite work. I can PM you the number of the bloke in charge of general sprays. It will be $180 and take about an hour tops. Or there are plenty in the local papers that might do it a bit cheaper.

  Most chemicals only cover webbing spiders so if they are ground spiders (wolf, huntsman, white tail etc) they might still return. It's very hard in units with connecting service pipes, tunnels.
