Was looking for a streamdeck for some cad work and came across the loupedecks. the software seems ok but not sure how it would integrate with my cad work over a steam deck. none the less seems like a deal to me

Ordered this recently from DigiDirect. A few days later they contacted me to tell me that they had been informed by their supplier that they were discontinued, and could not fulfill the order. Cant find anything suggesting they were discontinuing this, but they were insistent and ended up giving me a refund.
Suggest avoid ordering this from DigiDirect, but instead look to get other retailers to price-match.

Yes, avoid. I got mine from them and it was a massive pain in the arse. They gave an ETA which was complete BS, and after many attempts to contact them, I got a rep who admitted they hadn't even ordered it from their supplier. I cracked it, because the website had said it was in stock when I purchased, to which they said "that just means we can order from supplier", which sounds like a load of crap to me, and I argued "in stock" should mean they have the item ready to ship! Got on a bit of a rant, but just remembered how annoying it was dealing with these guys.
Sounds like drop-shipping without the guarantee of supply. Super shonky.
Streamdeck on sale was around this price from memory.
I tried to order the Loupedeck Live last night, got an email today saying they can’t get it from their supplier anymore and had to cancel my order.
I ended up going with the Live S and getting it price matched with JB.
I had a loupedeck, but didn't like the software, and eventually switched to a streamdeck, which I find a lot easier to work with, and has a lot more profiles and icons available for it. I use it mainly as macro pad for work to run autohotkey files and control media/meetings etc.
