I'm looking to spend around the $300 mark, give or take $50~. Looking for something to be my main OS drive.
I see lots of posts about certain drives lacking certain features like DRAM etc, so any advice would be welcome.

The SSD Buying guide is a good place to start if you want to work out which ones to buy and what to avoid

At your budget I do not think it's possible to get a DRAM SSD for $300 let alone $350. But you can still get a good performance SSD without forking out the extra $100 for a DRAM SSD, since most modern SSDs can use Host memory buffer (which uses your system RAM as an alternative for DRAM)
Thanks both!

Is good NAND, Controller and TBW makes it a steal. You will need to spend much for for a cache.
