When Do ALDI Xfinity Batteries and Chargers Go on Sale?

Hi All,

I was hoping to find out when Aldi typically releases their Xfinity 20V batteries and chargers for sale. They had them around Oct 2024, but I can't tell if they sell them any other time in the year.

I see some tool skins in the discount-bin of my local Aldi, but I don't want to buy any unless I'm sure I can get batteries and a charger in a timely manner.

Thanks

Just use ozito pxc batteries with an adapter from Amazon/AliExpress/eBay. Too easy

    • Thanks. Looking into this option now.

Watch for Bunnings to discount the Ozito PXC batteries, always when Aldi Xfinity batteries and chargers are about to go on sale.

@heavyghost: I predict that the Xfinity Tool sales will on the 24th of May (usually a week after Snow Gear Sale).

Most likely will include the Reciprocating Saw, Multi Function Tool, Angle Grinder, Chainsaw, Batteries, Chargers, etc.

          • @heavyghost: i think there is a phone number on the batteries you can ring for replacements year round, they are $50 each i believe

          • @heavyghost: Confirmed back on the 24th May

  • A bit of a thread necro, but are there any adapters that allow use of Ozito batteries with Ferrex Pro lawn mower? Most adapters seem bulky and idk if it's gunna clear/fit.

The 2x 4.0Ah Xfinity that came with it don't last long, but I have 2x Ozito 5.0 Ah that I'd like to use when those run out. Will be annoyed if I have to shell out $200 to buy 2x of the 8.0Ah Xfinity batteries…

I bought a couple of ferrex/makita adaptors. Fit the makita battery just fine, but didnt fit the ferrex power head (snipper, hedger, edger polesaw combo). I didnt know there were diffeeent models, so be aware if purchasing.

All wasnt lost though, i just split the adaptor into 2 pieces and hard wired the makita bits onto the head.

A bit of hacking and bodging and you might make it work.
