Of course there is - simply open a share trading account with UBS.
After all, it costs them to produce their analyst report so why should you get it for free?
Do UBS even do retail broking anymore? But I suppose their 'Wealth Management" service includes research.
I subscribe to FN Arena and they feature research reports from UBS
Call up the investor relations at the company being analysed and ask if they can send you a copy.
Note this has worked for me with a call, but has never worked for me as an email.
