PS5 Slim Fortnite Console - Released with 1000 V Bucks

Sony say they cant help with redemption even though it was at the Sony store and to connect epic.

EPIC games do not have customer service that i can find and no v Bucks was transferred to his linked fortnite account.

Did anyone else buy this console with this deal. A Cobalt Star Bundle and an extra 1000 v bucks?

He has the Cobalt Start bundle but no v bucks?

Just to put into perspective, 1000 vbucks is worth $11.95

But yes, it should've come with the code
