Rather terrible experience with TCB US. They won't stop spamming junk emails because they're labelled as 'service emails' or whatever the USA legislation calls them, and you don't have an option to stop unless you delete you account completely (which is what I eventually did).
Maybe tightarse can send an email to his overseas brethren to provide feedback, but I doubt it would make any headway.
TCB US are the absolute worst at tracking and claim resolution. I use their UK site very extensively and have never had an issue where as the US has required a manual intervention on 2/3 my transactions and denied almost half of them.
