    dimensions of 57 x 23 x 32 can give a maximum of 42 litres (or very likely less), not 60 ???

        Volume of Chihuahua is approximately 1.7L so a 42L bag can theoretically hold 24.7 Chihuahuas but factoring in the packing coefficient of 16 you can realistically only fit 1.5 Chihuahuas which translates to perhaps a mother and pup

          Now I got it, if a chihuahua is 1.7 litre, you could fit like 25 of them into 42 litres but if you also use a vacuum sealer bag inside the bag you might fit even more, that I believe gives the 60 !!!

      I don't think any retailer offers free return postage for change of mind these days. I can't imagine kogan would. The membership is for free shipping to customer not returns.
